Review: On July 3rd, I took my [redacted] Aveo Cross Road Auto to have my air conditioner fixed. He called me with an estimate and I gave him the OK. I picked it up just as they were getting ready to close for the weekend and my grand daughter drove it home with me following. When we got home, I noticed a loud vibrating noise coming from the car that wasn't there before we dropped it off. They were closed for the weekend and I took it in at 7:30 am on Monday to have Frank take a look at it. In the afternoon he said it was ready and the noise was coming from the engine and to put in a oil additive next oil change. I didn't do that as it seemed it was something else. I took it to Steve's Chevrolet Dealership in town and after one hour they said that the guy didn't tighten the blots connecting to the block and it was vibrating. They tightened down the bolts and it fixed the problem and charged me $110.00, one hour labor. I went back to Cross Road Auto with pictures and a statement from the dealership that the bolts were not tightened. Frank, from Cross Road Auto said that the air conditioner was working and he was not about to give me $110 and to complain to the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I would like Cross Road Auto to refund me the $110.00 that it cost me to have the [redacted] dealership fix it. I feel since they changed the air conditioner and I took it back to them and they didn't notice the problem, they should reimburse me.
