A mortgage lender,broker or bank can not be held responsible for what subcontracted appraiser deems a home value to be.In the complaint Ms [redacted] states Carol told her “not to worry that [redacted] has my house valued at 73,000.” Attached you will find that actual statement that was made to Ms [redacted] as it is in email form Carol simply states according to [redacted] the property value is 73000, which was fact and used as a guideline.I have in my possession much dialog between Carol and Ms [redacted] I disagree he received poor service As a matter of fact Carol continued to work on a loanthat was a benefit even with the lower appraised amount.I sympathize Ms [redacted] is upset with the value the appraiser determined but this has nothing to do with Carol or Cross State FundingI suggest she take her complaint to the source, which would be the appraiser completing the job.I do agree Carol was on vacation and was unavailable to Ms [redacted] for a weekBecause of this I will offer for her inconvenience No counter offers will be considered.of this I am willing to reimburse towards the cost for the inconvenienceIf this is acceptable I will send a check to her directly No counter offers will be considered for reasons stated above.ell us why here

In response the email attached by Cross state actually made my case As you can see I was worried about that $73,value because as I stated my taxes have my house at $68, I had tried to get my mortgage refinanced by *** ** *** and during the first phone call the rep said to get what you want your house would have to appraise at $73,& when I said no it won't we didn't go any further !!!! Cross state went ahead with the application even after that concerned email and it cost me $when it didn't appraise at the price they went with off the website instead of what my actual city values it Also they claim my person Carol was on vacation week, I have emails I can send you, during 1/2weeks of unanswered emails I also filed with the fraud depth of the Attorney generals office trying to get that $refunded Thank you
