Review: The company took my things on July 31st from an storage unit. They promised my over the phone that the delivery would take place in 7-10 business days. I called several times and the only answer I get is that they do not have any delivery date. It is already September 5th and my things are still at their storage with no sign of being sent to me anytime soon. In order to survive I had to buy clothes, furniture and other basic things.Desired Settlement: Refund $1,000 for all the expensives I had to incurred due to the company's bad praxis. Delivery of my items ASAP.
