Review: Stamped Concrete Driveway was completed on 9/7/13. [redacted] asked us to wait 4 weeks for the driveway to cure before contacting him. Some issues such as irregular stamping were discussed with him on 9/7. We started trying to contact him on 9/30/13. After 3 messages on his business voice mail and 1 email, [redacted] called on 10/5/13. We told him we were going out of town and we would contact him when we were back. We left him messages on 10/16 & 10/18. [redacted] called back on 10/18 saying that he would come by to discuss the problems we had been telling him about on Monday, 10/21. [redacted] did not show up on 10/21 and did not call to say why he did not come. We left voice messages on 10/23, 10/26, email on 10/28, and another voice mail today, 10/31. We have left 8 voice mails and 2 emails and [redacted] has responded 2 times.Desired Settlement: We want [redacted] to contact us to arrange a time to come by and review these issues and make appropriate repairs in a timely manner. When the driveway was finished, he assured us that he would return to make any needed repairs.

Business called he has been out of the state due to a family emergency and has just gotten back in and gotten messages about complaint. He will be able to come out and take a look at the issue and come up with a remedy for the problem. It will be a few weeks as he is getting business affairs in order.

I am still waiting to hear from [redacted] about scheduling a time to come and address our issues. I am concerned that his response was that it would take several weeks to get his business operational. I accepted his response thinking that I could file another complaint if he didn't follow through.
