He was also upset that the three different jobs that needed to be done were not started at the same time. They are just making excuses.  Yes I was happy when managers actually showed up to address my concerns.  That happiness quickly faded when very little progress was made and I continually had to climb on my roof and check after their work.  I have had to put slate back over obvious openings, cover gaps at the ridges, fasten the TPO, dry out my attic.  All of these were in areas where it had leaked the week they 'waterproofed' it.  The areas were pointed out in person and in photos.  There are still spots on my neighbors side where I am concerned water could get in around areas that they disturbed.
I think anyone would be angry when you ask them to have their guys clean up better and you come home to razor blades on your front porch handrail.  They fired the installers on a Friday and then had them back there working on Monday.....
The repairs I did took a few days, and did nothing to slow their progress.  In fact I had to take additional days off of work because it took them so long to tear everything off.  I had to repair a hatch near the front that they did not get to for 4-5 days.  The brick work was finished before they even showed up.  That was explained to multiple people, multiple times.
I knew that this job would be done by different crews, however when the flat roof is not tied into the slate yet and it's leaking, fixing that should be a priority.  There was almost no communication of when anything would get done.  People would just show up and then leave early.  If they had said it would take 42 days to almost finish, I would have laughed and called another company.
My complaint will be resolved when the job is finished, and we have gone over all the punch list items and water damage.  I still would like the coping installed that was in the contract.    Yes the brick is ready.  It has been for two months.  The west side parapet is uneven with the neighbors parapet', but I have spoken to five people about possible solutions.

They are dishonest, slow and just plain terrible roofers.  My roof has leaked again since the complaint was filed (three times total that I found, more likely it has leaked the entire time).  They told me they were waiting for someone skilled to do the coping, but on Revdex.com they claim the brick is not ready.....  I tried to meet with Tim the manager several times.  He missed one meeting, sending someone else instead.  Showed up another time while I was at work and told me how great everything looked, yeah right.  The brick was ready for coping before they started, they just lack the skill to do anything right other than shingles.
The leaks continue and I can already see the flashing failing.

Review: They started a 700 square foot re-roof on April the 8th. I called and emailed multiple times complaining of the lack of progress, they were only working 5-6 hours a day. They did not plan well enough for the trash or getting the material up onto the roof. They were using my ladder, tools, and we had to help them get material on the roof. I called and emailed again to try and get more people out there.

My roof started leaking badly on the 15th, climbed up there at 9 PM in the rain and tucked the TPO (roof membrane) under the slate of my front roof. I emailed them about the leak, attached pictures, and asked that they bring fans to dry out the ceiling. No effort was made to dry out the attic or clean up the wet insulation. Three managers show up (no call or email letting me know) and assured me it would be finished soon. One guy showed up the next day to get it "water-tight", that was April the 18th.

I have spent hours cleaning up the steady mess left by their company. Now it is May 5th and I am still waiting for someone to show back up and finish. My front roof has been exposed for 3 weeks, the crown and soffit is not water tight and I had paint peeling from the last rain.

I have had terrible customer service from them as well, but that is secondary to them failing to complete the job. I have spent way too much time emailing, calling and cleaning up after their sloppy work. They actually called me last week and asked if they needed a permit to put a lift on the sidewalk. You would think that is something they should know or have planned for ahead of time.

I was told the project would take 2-3 days for the back of the roof, and 2-3 days for the front. I guess they meant that there would be 30 days of leaks and waiting in between......Desired Settlement: Finish my roof and pay to fix the damages to my plaster and paint that have occurred during the last month.
