Cross Towing

On 9/18/my wife called and told me she had a flatWhen I show up I see both tires on the passenger side are flatI jacked up the car and tried to fill up the tires but it did not workThe rim was bent and the air just escaped I took several pics of the tires the ground as well as the well wellI then took a video all for insurance purposes I called my insurance company to have my car towed do to flat tires on the passenger side They called Cross auto towing and told me it would be over an hourI had my year old with me and could not wait so I let them know I hid the key and then went homeabout an hour later the driver shows up and as he walks around the back he stops and says (oh you have a brake fluid leak) as he point to a huge puddle of fluid on his truck I told him it was not like that when I left it and he said he did not do itI told him I took pics and it was not like thatHe said he took pics tooI told him good then look at themhe did not seem to ca

I was charged for days storage when they did not even have my car hours Charged me $to tow me less than miles Very rude, screamed at me on phone and hung up on me
