Review: I became pre-approved for a home loan with [redacted] of your company on 9/4/2013. I explained to her that my credit was less than perfect after many surprises arose from my divorce. I was able to take care of 100% of my negative items and she assured me that we would move forward. We had the 1st closing date the end of October, at which time the government shut down and my loan was re-written through another lender. There were no steps being made by this lender either and she requested my loan back. When the loan was taken back with Ms. [redacted], I was told a closing date would be soon. We started this process in September of 2013. I did as she asked and never ran my numbers or applied for credit. I sat patiently and waited for her to do her "magic". I find out in February that my numbers and credit had been hit 10 times in the process of being traded off and taken back. I did not do this. There has been no communication with her and I have tried to reach out to her asking for my monies to be refunded. I have wired over in excess of 45K to reach a closing. We cannot close, and I am needing my funds back to secure financing with another company. Any and all communication that has taken place has been extremely unprofessional and side-stepping the issue of a refund.Desired Settlement: I would like my funds wired back into my account. I have given documentation of any and all monies wired to their company and request several times for a refund. I just keep getting pushed off and given excuse after excuse.
