I worked with Andrew M [redacted] on my recent mortgage and had a very positive experienceAndrew was very willing to talk through all of my questions and explain he various terms and procedures for the loan processAlso offered very competitive ratesIt was a pleasure to work with Andrew and I look forward to doing so again

I just want to thank Simon D [redacted] for going above and beyond in helping us to refinance our home It was a very long and drawn out process but he was there every step of the way making sure that we didn't lose faith I would definitely and highly recommend him to my relatives and friends Thanks again Simon for everything

Please beware of this company, they will scam you out of your money and waste your time.I worked with this company for almost months on a conventional cash out refinance loan.My loan officer Priscilla L [redacted] had little to no follow through and was just all around a bold face liar She lied constantly from the beginning to the very end of the processAfter working with her for almost months, it was revealed that she never even submitted an application for my loan, even though we were already discussing closingThroughout the process she reassured me that I was approved and that everything would go throughI was getting frustrated and was thinking about switching and working with another company, which I should have done After months of wasted time and endless amounts of documentation request, I was told that I needed to pay for an appraisalThe appraisal costed me $which I thought was highWhen they processed the payment, they broke it into payments as if they were ta

This company continues to call after being told were not interested in thee services , so then they put us on robo call and when you pick up the phone it hangs up on you and if you call it back its says , thanks for calling us here at cross country mortgage please hold and your call will be answered in just a moment ) and then it hangs up yet again on youthey were told months ago to stop the phone calls so my next step may be a attorney and the FCC

Refinancing a home loan can be a bit tediousThis loan team made the experience just about pain freeThe staff was uniformly patient and helpfulWe would use these folks again for home financing when the occasion arises

As a first time home buyer I was unsure at certain points of the home buying process, Andrew and the team at Cross Country Mortgage were there to answer any questions and make the process simple and easy

Andrew M [redacted] at Cross Country mortgage was great! He helped me fly through the loan process! Closing was very easy and smooth! Very knowledgable and helpful! I Highly recommend Andrew at cross country to anyone looking to finance some real estate!

I try to get approved through this company for a home loan the lady name that screw me over here was Wendi C [redacted] she works in Gahanna branch she call me and ran my info and said I was approve for a home loan and then play games with me she would never text me back or call me I had to call a ton of times and write and then it came down to I had to email her just to get a replie back then she push my application through to under writing and turn me down and would not even give me time to get paper work in the mail that took me weeks to get I will never apply here again they play games and are very rude they don't respond when they are suppose toI got turn down on my loan because they would not let me proof to them I make no payments on my student loans

In September of 2016, after some research, I contacted Cross Country Mortgage about refinancing my propertyI spoke with a MrMatthew O [redacted] , and I went through the whole process as far as giving all my personal informationAfter that, he checked my credit, and ran some numbers by me and after talking to him for an hour or so, we came to an agreement on a new mortgage amountHe then explained the refinancing process as far as the appraisal and underwriter and said if I retuned all paperwork in a timely manner to him and the underwriter my closing date would be in approximately weeksAfter a couple of days went by I spoke with Matthew again, because I had questions, and all my figures on my loan had changed, not once but different timesI didn't understand what was going on, so I talked to him, found out he lied to me but I asked was this my new mortgage finally, no changes, he assured me it was, so I just overlooked the mishap and wanted to move this process alongSo right

I want to tell you how pleasant an experience I had working with CrossCountry Mortgage The people I worked with were very professional, courteous, and very friendly and helpful We have bought homes in our lifetime, and refinanced three times This was the easiest experience we have ever had, and also the fastest Any problems I had, such as my computer would not download papers, they would go out of their way to overnight the papers, and send me the means to overnight them back This is a great company with great employees and I would use them again, and recommend them to everyone I know

My experience with Andrew at Crosscountry Mortgage was amazingOur loan took a while to close - things we needed to take care of on our side - Andrew was patient and professional the whole wayHe gave us great advice, allowed us to ask many questions, and never made us feel bad about askingHe gave us a lot of info along the way, and guided us in the right directionI would highly recommend Crosscountry Mortgage! He helped us refinanced a few years ago, and he was so good, we called him again when seeking a home equity loan He answered our many questions, was always available with his expert advise, and just guided us through every step of the process We could not have done this without his help!

The buyer for our home used Franco M [redacted] in Cary, NCWe were supposed to close on May 31st, he let us know HOURS before closing that we would be delayed by ONE day (June 1st)We moved out of our home as scheduled on May 30thWhile one extra day was an inconvenience, it wasn't a huge deal, and Franco agreed to reimburse us for the extra expenses we would incur due to the delayWhat we discovered is that he dropped the ball on some paperwork required by the USDA, LIED about it, then wound up stonewalling everyone trying to communicate with him (even his own client!) about the transaction/issue, and wound up costing us upwards of $while we were virtually homeless for almost a weekWe were supposed to close on May 31st and due to his negligence we did not close until June 5thHe even charged his own client an extension fee for the closing delay even though it was 100% his faultHe refuses to communicate with anyone and has not reimbursed us one centWe tried to communicate with the company and they refuse to acknowledge wrongdoing by their employee and refuse to acknowledge our complaint because we were "just the seller" in the transaction even though a formal complaint was also filed by the buyer through the NC Office of the Commissioner of BanksLong story short, don't waste your time or money with any loan officer or extension of CrossCountry Mortgage

Andrew, at Cross Country, did everything in his power to make the home buying process smooth and easy for meAndrew thoroughly explained everything to me and answered any questions I had, day or nightHe went above and beyond to make sure my loan closed in a timely mannerI would highly recommend cross country to anyone buying a home

Simon was very helpful in explaining everything to usSimon took a "can-do" attitude with us and said we can make this happenAlways appeared to be extremely friendly with each phone callVery trusting voice "Positive"He was on point every step of the way through our home buying processIf we ever decided to purchase another property, there is no doubt he will be the first to callWe highly recommend Simon T [redacted] to anyone who wants to purchase or refinanceExcellent work ethicMany "Thanks" to Simon T***! :)
