I was nothing but impressed with the service I received from AutomaticMy wife called and told me none of the faucets were workingI checked all the breakers, pressure tank etcand did not have any luck.I have a deep well at my house so I was unable to check the pumpI called and they were very friendlyThey told me they would call me when they could send someoneWithin an hour they had a crew on their wayThey arrived and started verifying the problem was actually pump relatedThey did a very through job troubleshooting the problemThey ended up having to pull the pump out of the wellThe first crew did not have the correct tool (due to corrosion caused by sulfur) but they had another crew at my house with minutesThey were able to pull the pump and found that the pump was good but a wire had brokenBy thoroughly troubleshooting instead of just replacing the pump they saved me a ton of moneyThey easily could have just replaced the pump and charged me about times the priceThey technician were friendly and polite and did everything they could to make sure I was happyAll in all I could not have been happierI was expecting to spend around $to replace the pump but spent only a small fraction of that because the employees took their time to diagnose the problem instead of just ripping everything out and starting overI never write reviews but was impressed by this companies attention to detail and urgency with which they got my water running againI now know who to call for any future well/septic issues
Automatic installed and has maintained my "privately owned sewage treatment system" since 1988. Never a problem. Excellent, professional service. Since the new (2015) Lucas Health Department regulations for inspection, maintenance, and repair of all privately owned sewage treatment systems, I am delighted to know that Automatic abides by the new regulations at a competitive cost. I am 100% satisfied with both my water supply (well) system and privately owned sewage treatment system. They are A++++ in my book.
