Crossfire Alarms

I sold Mrs [redacted] the alarms in good faithThe alarms she had were quite old and would clearly not alert her and her husband if they had any sort of firePatty informed me she was dropping them off at my officeI have not heard from her sinceI have stopped at customer home times to resolve this matter

An appointment was set by phone from my office with the homeownerThey agreed to allow me to come and check they're existing smoke detectorThey only had working detector in a large home and felt that it was clearly not enoughThe only decision they considered was whether to buy or only detectorsI said they could add on more at any timeThey agreed and we're happyThe picture of the gentleman with his medal was not for any business purposesI have very high respect for his service and sacrifice to our countryI wanted to simply show my children as an example of what sacrifice many gave for our freedom

We install 1000's of alarms every yearWe do not mislead people and have never broken any lawsWe do not target anyoneOur customers are of all ages

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** I ( ***) have called the business and left a voice mail stating that I have taken down the items that were installed I informed owner that I found one heat detector & three smoke detectors What was listed was two heat detectors, three smoke detectors and one fire blanket I was waiting to hear back in regard to those items that were not located If the items (the one heat detector and fire blanket) are not at my parents' home, I will return the items I removed to the business address listed.
