clients can receive a copy of their contracts at any time upon request*** *** did not request a copy of her contract unitl April She signed a contract stating that she would pay $99/month for months regardless if she attended classes or notWe do not stop payments just because a client does not attend as we explain when the client is signingFurthermore as stated in the contract all clients are expected to give a day written notice prior to their last months payment or it will continue to auto-renew. Out of good faith we refunded the last month ($99) but we will not refund her the amount requested because she was under contractual obligation to pay that amount
