Aloha *** ***,Thanks for the reply.First off to clarify I'm not concerned that the complaint is on your website and only didn't want my conversations with you posted onlineWe have been in business for ten years and this is the first complaint like thisWe just completed a survey of over a
members for and have a lot of action feedback from that vs this one complaint. Personal I have looked into this to understand why she quit and the reasons for her leaving the complaint. To clarify my statement to you on pre-paidsThe policy has always been that they are non-refundable (we have made exceptions for medical issues and military deployments)We email the receipts to each member after the purchase and that has our refund policies on itThe Coach that sold the pre-piad *should* have brought that up but I have no proof of thatWe have sold 1000s of pre-paids and it has never been an issue.I just don't care to get into a he said/she said back and forth on the Revdex.com siteI know what we do for our members, the policy's we have, and the ways we help people out when neededThat is why I would prefer to leave this only and not have my reply's to you posted

Aloha [redacted],
Thanks for the reply.
First off to clarify I'm not concerned that the complaint is on your website and only didn't want my conversations with you posted online. We have been in business for ten years and this is the first complaint like...

this. We just completed a survey of over a 1000 members for 2015 and have a lot of action feedback from that vs this one complaint.
Personal I have looked into this to understand why she quit and the reasons for her leaving the complaint.
To clarify my statement to you on pre-paids. The policy has always been that they are non-refundable (we have made exceptions for medical issues and military deployments). We email the receipts to each member after the purchase and that has our refund policies on it. The Coach that sold the pre-piad *should* have brought that up but I have no proof of that. We have sold 1000s of pre-paids and it has never been an issue.
I just don't care to get into a he said/she said back and forth on the Revdex.com site. I know what we do for our members, the policy's we have, and the ways we help people out when needed. That is why I would prefer to leave this only and not have my reply's to you posted.
