Crossfit remix has been charging me for a gym membership that I never signed up for. I sent an email to the owner telling him that I never signed up for a membership and that he does not have my permission to charge me now or in the future. After we exchanged emails, crossfit remix has charged me again. I have called the owner multiples times and left messages and he will not return any of my calls.
We had handled the situation in accordance to our signed contracts and have reached out to Mr *** to confirm.
