Crossfit Riot

Review: I signed up with Crossfit Riot on July 8, 2013 for a three month membership. They billed me $161 on 7/11/13, 8/16/13, and 9/16/13. I stopped going to the gym on October 14, 2013 after my 3 month membership was up. Then on 11/23/13 Crossfit Riot charged me $161. They again tried to charge me an additional $161 on December 15, 2013. After e-mailing the owner about this mistake he continued to insist that I should have paid because of what thier contract says. However, this is not explicit in their contract and unclear. Since I was not charged on October 16 I did not think Crossfit Riot would be taking money out of my account again. They also did not bill me on November 16. I have e-mailed the owner multiple times about refunding the money, however he continues to be immature insisting that since I signed the contract it is not his problem.Desired Settlement: I would like the $161 charged to my credit card to be refunded.
