I offered her a spot in my next challenge for her troubles and told her she would be able to come to any time slots available throughout the day to make it convenient for her. I offer 7 classes a day Monday-friday and weekend classes as well as open gym times. She was pleased with this and said great don't send the money I'd like to take your next challenge. However I just got this letter and complaint. I immediately contacted the 3rd party and her money will be received within the next 3 business days. I have all emails to show this is taken care of.
