[redacted] came to the gym on a recommendation from a current client and her friend She made it clear that she didn't need to do an intro as she has heard great things from her friends and would like to sign up Our siprocess is not long and drawn out so, she is correct in saying that the sitook less than five minutes What I can not confirm is her e-mails that she has sent We don't have these emails in our inbox We do however respond in an orderly fashion as this is our primary way of communicating We haven't had a gym phone in over a year because the e-mail is primary and works for 99.9% of the population On another note, we do have contracts at my gym which I have attached here Month to month memberships roll-over month to month as depicted on the contract that she signed We do not print receipts at the gym they are e-mailed to the customer when they are charged Also, all the receipts say what the charge is for her double charge is not a double charge it is in fact the first and last months payments There are no double charges reflected in our payment system whatsoever Again we don't have any of the emails on this matter from [redacted] , not one phone call to the number that is on the business card (my cell phone) This is however the first time that we have dealt with a complaint to this length We haven't had a person that would go to such great lengths but not simply show back up to the gym if there were something wrong I don't understand how a business is at fault for charging for a services which was signed for and agreed to on paper Our customer service and prompt response time is reflected in my successful business I've served my community for over years without a complaint such as this one
