Crossfit Youngstown

Changed My Life Forever! CrossFit Youngstown is more than a gym to me. Its the community of people I know. Its where I hang out. Its where I go to for advice and support from my coaches. Since joining CrossFit Youngstown I have added 10 pounds of muscle to my body. I have gone from not being able to pick up the lightest weights to lifting lots of pounds! I love the workouts, how much I get to push myself, and working out with people I barely knew but who are now my friends. But CrossFit Youngstown is really more than a gym to me. I didn't expect this when I joined...I just figured okay I have a new place to workout...cool. But after 9 months I love going to the gym. I get to hang out and workout next to my buddies. I have amazing coaches who are very knowledgeable and who you can ask anything from. They know a lot and have trained lots of people so ask them for advice! I don't want to go on forever here. If you come in hopefully we'll meet and get to workout together. I'm going to end this by saying you won't ever look back after joining CrossFit Youngstown! -[redacted]
