Hi [redacted] , Regarding Ms [redacted] ' complaint against my companyPlease see attached the following: 1) An attached payment history showing that Ms [redacted] ' pre-mopayments repeatedly bounced, up to and including the day prior to her modate2) The content of my final "do or die" email to her, offering her the choice to terminate the lease or continue forward with cleared funds only Right up until the end, I bent over backward trying to make it work for her, as much as I was able within the bounds of my fiduciary responsibility to my client, the property owner 3) Ms [redacted] ' response to my final effort to find a way to work with her, and her decision to terminate the lease, saying "Refund my debit card in full asapYou can have your unit.back."
