Thanks for reaching out to me. I spoke to our manager and he has informed me that we've contacted the customer and tried to work with her in resolving this issue. For a damage repair such as this we have a third party that needs to fix the items. The customer and our third party damage repair team...

have not been able to compromise on a time to work with one another. We can pick up the items from the customer's house after 2:30 pm and bring them to the third party damage repair team in order to compromise for this situation. In order for us to pick up the items the customer has to be present and ok with us keeping the items for a certain period of time so our third party damage repair team can fix the items. Our business is open Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm and Saturday from 8am-12pm. Please let us know which steps you would like us to pursue.
