[redacted].  I have reviewed [redacted] complaint.  We have her request to cancel form that was filled out on August 31, 2015.  As stated on the cancellation form she filled out that day, it states “all cancellations...

required a 30 day process. No refunds.”  So if there is a pending invoice within that 30 day period, she may be charged.  She was cancelled in our system that day.  It was the 3rd party [redacted], who drafts the payments that dropped the ball.  We followed all protocols for cancellations here at Crossley Fitness.  [redacted] had a glitch in which another $50 was drafted (which she is being refunded by them). I have emailed and called [redacted] to get this fixed so [redacted] doesn't have any further drafts.
