Hey [redacted] , Im sorry you feel this wayWhen I reviewed your file not only gave exactly what you asked for but went over and beyond for you: which was that you did not like the rims and tires that were on, you wanted more aggressive rims and tires which we did give you as well we included tonneau cover and a box liner, you barely covered the box liner, we only took dollars from you not dollars and our cost for all the add ons was way over As well we did discount the price of the truck for youif you wanted a second set of rims and tires than you should've mentioned it before making the deal and we could've easily added into your financingIf you want to come up with some money im sure we can put something together and give another set of rims and tiresgive us a call if you do decide on that option I will be more than glad to discuss with youthanks

Plus I have a signed receipt saying that I still don't receive the exhaust that is included in the $fore mentioned quoteThat is why the only performance parts on the vehicle is at the moment is an air intake and a throttle body spacer[redacted]

As you know you can take a band new car to a service department and they will advise to change something every single time. when he picked up the vehicle it had 98,485km and we advised it had to go to the dealer before the 100,000 km is up for warranty work. he did not and that's why he had to pay out of his pocket. We told him and advised him before the sale to do that and it was his responsibility to take it in. We have no problem taking the vehicle back on trade, if he wants to he can reach me at the dealership Monday to Friday till 5pm. I did take the truck in after it was inspected, they said [redacted] over exaggerated the repair claim and I caused the damage by putting 30,000 km on it. As far as the warranty claim, sure I could have got warranty at the cost of 4300 dollars AFTER an inspection. Which it failed. There was no work needed as the codes were blanked when I picked it up. The engine codes came on shortly after the 100,000km mark The warranty would NOT have covered the plugged EVAP nor the catalytic converters. I agree I put km on it. Only 30,000. [redacted] .

All I have is the financial paperwork they would not give me copies of the hand written agreement that they had me and I believe my wife initial for the agreement of purchasing the truck, tires and rimsWhen my wife asked Jesse about not having a copy of this Jesse said not to worry about it that everything would be taken care ofTheir paperwork reflects numbers that were given to the bank and you can't even tell that there was a $payment down for the truck, it says I have attached the paperworkAlso there is no way I ever told Jesse that I made a monthI only make $They had me run off all my statements of accounts and there is no way it added up to that so I don't even know where that number came from

Your employees knew I wouldn't sign without the money. Stop lying. I also asked to squash the deal and get my truck back the day you told me there was no money... your employee told me that wasn't an option as the truck was no longer available... what's the truth!? When I arrived to get the truck it was not the truck I looked at. It was filthy , full of scratches and was nothing to the agreement we made . When in financial department I made them go and get Ryan to...

come and write on the agreement about the lift and tires and rims and auto start which I gave them 700 dollars for. The truck they tried to give me was nothing of the agreement we made and the truck was not the one I looked at . The 2015 was also in way worse shape than the truck I am driving now . [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] on my first truck as I said and refuse to take possession of the 2015. The 2015 truck had no lift kit put in it all they did was put bigger tires on it , the rims were flat black , they wouldn't give me choice of tires , I didn't physically look at vin number on the 2015 and once I filed complaints with [redacted] and Revdex.com they removed the truck from their lot . I was also told the banks papers did not match the paperwork they gave me . They have refused to supply original paperwork telling me it's not on site any longer. [redacted]  I tried to have this reversed before any payments came out of bank and need to have this resolved. [redacted]
