Hi this is [redacted] the owner I don't know which phone number you're calling because our phone numbers are active and running at the reviewing the complaint And looking up your sales receipt for that day what seems to have happen when the sales person went back after the first transaction did not approve it stored it in a time to do it later and I was not batched for a while I have somebody give you a call tomorrow morning so we can get your credit card information and issue Refund to the card depending on your bank it take 3-businesses day Very sorry about the inconvenience this has caused

Mr*** we been trying to get a hold of you or company is obviously not fake weve in business for over three years we told you when you purchase the machine that we were low on shampoo were due to high demand it has took a little longer but we shipped it out Monday you should be getting it
today or tomorrow please stop referring us to a fake because were obviously writing you back

But keep in mind the business never answered there phones and never called back and if they did it was a private number that left no messages and there response message had many mistakes I still believe them to be shady thank you
