Outstanding !! In 2018 we had our air unit replaced using Crosspoint and just now decided it was time to replace the ductwork that was original to our 1983 built home. Again Crosspoint is the only air business in Hernando county we have no problem recommending. Wonderful honest, reliable and hard working people ( each person from estimate through installation.) We know from talking with the owner during estimate they are a CHRISTian company but trust me ALL of their business and work ethics reflect that like a new mirror.

Tony and his team are worthy professionals and I would highly recommend using them if you need any air conditioning services. They worked with us to find the best setup for our new air conditioning mini split units, did great exterior work to keep the pipes and other connections hidden and aesthetically pleasing. Our unit had a leak within the first year and Tony came out and assessed the situation and fixed it under warranty without any questions. A great team of guys! Highly recommend them.
