Ms [redacted] purchased her vehicle in March of for $13,Unfortunately, any vehicle purchase (unless paid for in cash) is going to incur interest charges, which are clearly disclosed at the time the contract is signed by the customerMs [redacted] signed a contract agreeing to the terms set forth at the time of purchaseAccording to company policy, customers must maintain the vehicle payments for a period of months or pay down to half of the balance of the vehicleThis has been clearly explained to Ms [redacted] Also, Ms [redacted] has been informed that if there are issues with the maintenance of the vehicle, our service department will be happy to help with an appointment

I am not refusing to come in I have a job and I work so it is not possible for me to just come in at any time I hvae to get a day off and miss a day of work and pay to got in and right at this moment I cannot afford to take that day off if you all still want to be paid for this car I will have to workIt is regrettable that you all dont understand that if a person doesnt work they dont eat so sorry I cannot come in when its convenient for you but I also have to worry about the rest of my billsI will bring my car in to be looked at as soon as I can if you would open on Saturday that would ve so helpful but it seems being helpful to customers isnt an option since I have said several times that I cannot afford to take ab extra day off and still not be gauranteed that my vehicle wl be fixed that day as it cannot sir in the parking lot waitin to be worked on because if it does that means I am missing more days of work after already missing a week when you had my car the first timeI am trying to gwt this resolved but I cannot lose my job in the process because my car was not fixed correctly the first time because we all know that if I xant make the payment you all wouldnt be so slow avout repossesing my car so my choices are wsit until I can get a day off or lose my job to take my car up there to possibly get looked at that dayYou see how this is a problem for me I have been told that if I come in my car may not be looked at and fixed that same day so I cannot afford to take a day off to come up there and get nothing done sorry im not rich and cant just leave a job to continue to go back and forth to my car lot Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Sincerely, [redacted]

At Crossroads Auto Mall we put all of our vehicles thru a rigorous inspection and reconditioning prior to selling the vehicleWe then back all of our vehicles with a Month/24,mile power train warrantyMrs *** has had her Toyota Sequoia in several times for minor repairsMost
recently it came in for an overheating issueOur service department attempted to repair a blown head gasketWhen this repair did not fix the problem they then replaced the motor under warranty at no additional chargeDuring this repair time they even provided Mrs*** with a loaner vehicleUnfortunately, Mrs*** has put on 17,miles on her Sequoia in the months she has owned itThis is more than twice the national average number of miles drivenEvery vehicle has routine annual repair cost associated with itBased on the age of the vehicle, number of miles on the vehicle, and the number of miles it’s drivenIf a customer drives twice the national average they can, and should, expect to have twice the average number of repairs, and cost associated with it

Crossroads Auto Mall, Inccan not guarantee that Ms*** will not have mechanical problems with the vehicle, considering it is a used automobile; However, Crossroads does provide an excellent warrantyThis customer has had several items
that were not covered under the warranty fixed as good will at no cost to her or her fianceWe have made contact with Ms*** in order to reschedule her service appointment at her earliest convenience to resolve the issues with her heater

Ms*** purchased her vehicle on 8/18/Unfortunately, she was unable to uphold the requirements of her contractAuto Snap Finance tried to make arrangements with Ms***, but she did not uphold the agreementDue to the nature of Ms***'s complaint, details cannot be given

This has been clearly explained to Ms. [redacted]. Also, Ms. [redacted] has been informed that if there are issues with the maintenance of the vehicle, our service department will be happy to help with an appointment.

Complaint: [redacted]This car is only blue booked value at $6,000-$7,000 dollars, which means this company is selling vehicles for twice what they are worth. We have had several mechanical issues with this car and the company wants us to bring the car in and leave it for them to look at, knowing it is the only vehicle we have and they do not furnish loaner vehicles.  I'm the cosigner on the note for this car, it was purchased by my significant other,  this car is not big enough for a family of 4, I have explained all this to the dealership several times. When we purchased this vehicle, it was our second vehicle,  now that our truck is down and will be for awhile, this car is not big enough for all of us to ride in comfortably. We are paying double what this car is worth, we did not find out its actual value price till just recently.  We are not the only ones with complaints against this company,  they have a 1.7 star rating and several negative reviews along with ours. It's sad that a company runs their business this way and takes advantage of people living on disability.

At Crossroads Auto Mall we back all of our vehicles with a 24 Month/24,000 mile warranty. This warranty is fully explained to the customers when closing their purchase agreements. Mrs. [redacted] had a motor go out on her about ten months after purchasing the vehicle. Our service department was able to...

provide her with a loaner vehicle while we replaced her motor. Unfortunately, once we completed the repairs Mrs. [redacted] refused to return the loaner vehicle. A week later we finally had to break down and send a tow truck to get our loaner vehicle back. We regret she is still having issues with her vehicle. Our service department has tried to get her to bring her vehicle back in so we can look at it. We are more than willing to repair any issues she may have as a result of the engine replacement. Mrs. [redacted] is refusing to bring the vehicle in for service until we promise to give her another loaner vehicle. However, due to the issues during the initial repair we will not be able to provide her with another loaner vehicle.   At Crossroads Auto Mall our customer’s satisfaction is extremely important to us. We feel that our service department has gone above and beyond dealing with an extremely hostile customer. Still we would like the opportunity to check her vehicle, and repair at no additional charge any issues that have arose as a result of the engine replacement.

Auto Snap Finance...

did try to work with Ms. [redacted], However, because of the broken arrangement, the age of the account (third payment), a breach of contract to provide full coverage insurance, a change of circumstance in Ms. [redacted]'s ability to prove her income, and her use of verbal profanity and abuse, a request for full pay off was made in order for Ms. [redacted] to redeem her vehicle.

Our warranty is designed to cover all major repairs (expensive repairs) including motors, transmissions, rear differentials, etc… This warranty is explained to all of our customers...

when we close their contracts. In addition we have a professional service department than can and will help customers with any non warranty repairs that may come up. Unfortunately, all vehicles will have routine maintenance items that will need to be repaired to keep your vehicle in top shape.   When a customer brings a vehicle in for service our service writers explain the process and any possible charges to the customers at that time. After their vehicle has been diagnosed a service writer will contact the customers to go over needed repairs, and explain any repair cost. No repairs will be completed without express consent from the customer.
