I received a call from M-W marine. She told me, that they should hear from northside prop shop in a few days. When northside prop shop finds a new prop and M-W marine gets it.They will call me.

I have been trying all week to resolve this issue. I have contacted the customer to let him know that I am working to resolve the issue as well. The company we use to repair the propellers is usually not around as much in the winter due to the off season. They did tell me that they will be replacing...

his propeller at no charge they do have to find one because his propeller is no longer available. He said that he does know he can get one for the customer. However, I have not been able to get ahold of the prop shop all week and the message that they have on their answering machine is that they are remodeling and will check their messages. I have called them multiple times this week and no response yet. I will keep you posted as soon as I do hear from the prop shop about the issue. I told the customer this same information and I will also contact the customer again as soon as I can get an answer. Unfortunately, this issue has never happened.
