Thank you for the information regarding this itemIn response to the allegations I would like to offer the following comments: There were two instances of severed cable service wiring on an adjacent lot to the person who lodged the complaintThe third instance of a severed line was apparently done by the developer of the subdivision prior to my purchase of the lotsIn both instances, the sub contractors retained by The [redacted] Company, Incinadvertently severed the cable line when performing excavation on the lotIn the first instance, I personally went to Media COM and requested the cable line be repaired on an emergency basisMedia Com performed such restoration within hours rather than the five days promised to the complainerAfter apologizing for the interruption, all seemed wellMedia Com personnel said there had been a work order in existence for several months before I purchased the lot to bury the cable wiring in a conduit beneath the surface to protect the wiring (which is required in all cities including Battlefield) which was lying on the surface of the ground when it was severedThe second interruption was caused by the landscaping company performing a final grading that severed a cable line that was not in the proper five (5) foot easement set aside for utilities located on the Plat Map at the very back of the lot in questionAgain, Media COM had not buried the cable in a conduit as proscribed by the building codes in municipalities. Not only was Media COM at fault for the cable severance, the cable wiring was not in the easement area as required, was in fact located on my personal property, the lot, and therefore both parties were trespassing on my propertyThe complainer also verbally abused my landscaping sub contractor for the incident and threatened both he subcontractor and his daughterBoth the subcontractor and I chose to drop the matter and not pursue legal remedies for the trespassing caused by Media COM and the complainer due to the highly emotional and unstable nature of the complainerLastly, the developer of the subdivision from whom I purchased the lots related to me after I purchased the lots that the person lodging this complaint tried to stop the sale of the lot in question so she could purchase lot for a reduced price and was a continuing nuisance to the developerUnfortunately, the person lodging this complaint has limited business sense since she does not appreciate the homes I am constructing are far superior to hers in quality and price and will only bring the value of her property to a higher levelAll other neighbors who have toured the property in question have been most pleasedIn sum, if the person who made these allegations does not cease in her slanderous ways, my Attorney will file the appropriate legal action in court Thank you [redacted] The [redacted] Company, Inc

Thank you for the information regarding this item. In response to the allegations I would like to offer the following comments: There were two instances of severed cable service wiring on an adjacent lot to the person who lodged the complaint. . The third instance of a severed line was apparently...

done by the developer of the subdivision prior to my purchase of the lots. In both instances, the sub contractors retained by The [redacted] Company, Inc. inadvertently severed the cable line when performing excavation on the lot. In the first instance, I personally went to Media COM and requested the cable line be repaired on an emergency basis. Media Com performed such restoration within 24 hours rather than the five days promised to the complainer. After apologizing for the interruption, all seemed well. Media Com personnel said there had been a work order in existence for several months before I purchased the lot to bury the cable wiring in a conduit beneath the surface to protect the wiring (which is required in all cities including Battlefield) which was lying on the surface of the ground when it was severed. The second interruption was caused by the landscaping company performing a final grading that severed a cable line that was not in the proper five (5) foot easement set aside for utilities located on the Plat Map at the very back of the lot in question. Again, Media COM had not buried the cable in a conduit as proscribed by the building codes in municipalities. Not only was Media COM at fault for the cable severance, the cable wiring was not in the easement area as required, was in fact located on my personal property, the lot, and therefore both parties were trespassing on my property. The complainer also verbally abused my landscaping sub contractor for the incident and threatened both he subcontractor and his daughter. Both the subcontractor and I chose to drop the matter and not pursue legal remedies for the trespassing caused by Media COM and the complainer due to the highly emotional and unstable nature of the complainer. Lastly, the developer of the subdivision from whom I purchased the lots related to me after I purchased the lots that the person lodging this complaint tried to stop the sale of the lot in question so she could purchase lot for a reduced price and was a continuing nuisance to the developer. Unfortunately, the person lodging this complaint has limited business sense since she does not appreciate the homes I am constructing are far superior to hers in quality and price and will only bring the value of her property to a higher level. All other neighbors  who have toured the property in question have been most pleased. In sum, if the person who made these allegations does not cease in her slanderous ways, my Attorney will file the appropriate legal action in court.   Thank you. [redacted] The [redacted] Company, Inc.
