False information given on sale product. On 1-22-2015 I purchased a [redacted] from CrossRoads Fords of Fuquay Varina in North Carolina. Color of car light gray, serial#[redacted],and stock #[redacted].Mileage on car was high 100099, but only needing car to get to [redacted] considered purchase. While on test drive with salesman Mr.[redacted] car jerked,I asked the caused and was told car had two transmissions one for manuel and one automatic. He then shifed car into manuel at which it jerked and back into automatic where it ran ok.Again I questioned the jerk and was assured car was ok. Retured later that same day with a check from my bank "[redacted]" in the amount of $9000.00.During final signing of papers which was around 7.30pm I was asked about extended service contract. I was told it had to be purchased right then in cash. I advised that I do not carry money like that on me over $400.00. Asked if I could come back the next day and was told no, it had to be done that night. Car drove ok for a little over 5 months. Then in June coming from treatment car really was hard to change gears. Took car for transmission oil change and found it was black. At that time car would not go over 20 miles per hour. Call dealership severl times and spoke with different sales and service managers.Mr. [redacted] advised me to take my car to [redacted] where it would be determine what was wrong and cost for look over would be paid by Crossroads Fords since I had brought car there. Per [redacted] relayed by Mr. [redacted] CrossRoads Fords is willing to pay for half cost of car repair and I have to pay balance. Car is still at [redacted]. Advised Mr. [redacted] I do not have that kind of money due to living on a fixed income. If the salesman had been honest about jerk during test dive I would not have brought that car. I feel they used deceptive salesman ship.Am asking that dealership pay full cost of repair.Desired SettlementThat CrossRoads Ford of Fuquay Varina paid full cost of car repair.Business Response Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina has reached an agreement to settle the repair bill with [redacted]. deceptive sales promises. Confusing answers to my questions. Misrepresenting the cash back bonus to the customer. They said cash back to reduce costI leased a [redacted] 5/23/15 from cross roads Ford of Fuquay varina. At this time I was to receive a $4000 cash rebate. I was told however that I could reduce the price of the car by using this rebate. This was not the case. Instead of reducing the price they used my money to increase the price.Deceptive confusing, misrepresentations,I feel I was taken advantageby my age and understanding abilities. I signed nothing giving the dealership the right to use the cash rebate, However they chose to use this money for themselves and elevate the cost of the car, This was arbitrary and capricious . They do not have the right to use my money for their purpose. Sincerely [redacted]Desired Settlement I would like to actually receive the $4000 rebate or have it reflected in the price of the carBusiness Response To Whom it may concern:Re:Revdex.com Complaint Case# [redacted] (Ref#[redacted])Crossroads Ford of Fuquay Varina met with [redacted] on 9/18/15 regarding his complaint with the Revdex.com and the complaint has been settled to both parties satisfaction.
