Review: [redacted] of Crossroads Gunshop in [redacted] Va. advertised that he was going to open an indoor shooting range in the new store. He was offering different packages and I chose the 5 year membership for $500.00, with privledges to the facility. This was purchased and given to me by a family member as a gift. Since that time I have tried to contact the [redacted] to see what the status is of the range, the store has since closed. I did get a blanket e'mail stating that the range was still in the works, he was getting a new location and would be letting the investors/members know of the progress. Since that time I have tried to contact the [redacted] on several occasions asking about the range status, I have driven to the area that the store was located and looked in the surrounding area for any sign of a shooting range being established. I have had no response from the [redacted] about this facility since the e'mail that I received in March of this year and it is now the beginning of June.Desired Settlement: I still would like to see the range opened, I would like to have a meeting or have some type of interaction about this concern. I know that I can not be the only person that purchased a membership. If this range is not going to be opened then I would like to have a refund of the $500.00 that was paid on my behalf with interest or have a membership in another local range or hunt club to suite the purpose of having a range that I can attend for firearm practice.

Review: The [redacted] of this business promised to provide a gun range with discounted membership pricing as a perk to those of us who pre-purchased memberships. I purchased a 1 year membership for $175 as well as a lane rental for $10. The range was scheduled to be completed by march 2014. Updates regarding this project were not received. I have attempted to contact the [redacted] and there is no response.Desired Settlement: I would like for the [redacted] to inform investors of the status of this project and actions that will be taken going foward (let us know if the range is opening and when, why its not opening if thats the case, as well as explain what was done with the money investors specifically gave for the range that was not built if he is unable to offer a refund based on his failure to comply with his portion of the agreement/contract)
