Crossroads, Inc.

Since being a member with cross roads I'm in deeper debt! I had explained my bills were higher then my income I was coming for help with money management I had several checks bounce on me payments weren't made on time on many occasions I was told a check was deposited but my bank would tell me none were deposited

One night I had to drive to the actual back and meet the office manger so the branch manager at my bank could show both of us all the checks received that day and none from crossroads was there.

Later on I was told the employee lied and never even made the deposit.

Later on I was told an audit was done and everyone was fired and charges were being held against them for Mis using funds .. They cut me off leaving me with 400.00 negative in my account causing everything to bounce on me car payments rent etc..

I am very irate because I trusted crossroads to help me I was lost and really needed the help. I ask for a sit down to go over my budget but that was never done and when asked for the owner info I was told no I will make things worst!!

I have all messages and bank statements as well as bills showing there checks bouncing on me! I hope this reaches someone or the owner all I wanted was them to at least finish me off for the month as their policy states 30 days notice and I would of picked up the next month but instead I was left with "I'm sorry nothing we can do" yet my money has been going to them!

Words can't describe how hurt stressed and upset I am !
