Crossroads Infiniti, Inc

I purchased a vehicle from this location that has been giving me issues and no one has been able to resolve. The vehicle has been in and out of service over a dozen times. I have even had corporate involved and they have come out and looked at the car only tell me that nothing could be done. Basically that they could not do anything to fix my car. Infinity is aware of the problem but have not figured out a way to resolve it. I have been told that one has to do with out side interference and that the other one is a transmission issue that they have not yet figured out how to fix. We have tried unsuccessfully to try to get them to work with us. We inquired about buying another vehicle but nothing has been done to make this right.. corporate finally told us that there was nothing they could do.

I took my vehicle to Crossroad Infiniti because my airbag light came on. I got a diagnostics done and it detected it was my passenger seat seat belt pretensioner. So, I got it replaced. The light came back on. Took it back, they diagnosed it again as being the same issue, told me it could have been faulty so they replaced it again, this time free of charge. It came back on again, took it back,, they diagnosed as same problem but suggested I needed to proceed to the next step, the computerized component being replaced, which would have cost me almost $1000. I wasn't comfortable with that because I felt the diagnostic tests should have diagnosed the issue. So, I waited friend of mine suggested her mechanic , after while I contacted him, took my vehicle there, same issue was diagnosed, seat belt pretensioner, he then looked under the seat and saw that my ground, wasn't connected, took his tool to tighten it, realized the screw was stripped causing the wire to not stay connected, he replace with another screw, now the airbag light is OFFFFFFFFF! Now, I am wondering if the screw was the issue all the while, and Crossroads Infinite was ripping me off. They should have seen the same issue. Just thinking, most people take their vehicles to the same company because it's the make of their vehicle and figure they have more knowledge, in my case they knew absolutely nothing and ripping me off!
