I purchased a Lexus IS 250 from this dealership. When I purchased the vehicle, it had an engine issue due to factory re-call. Before putting the vehicle on the lot for sale, the dealership never checked to see if the vehicle had any factory re-calls that needed to be resolved before selling me the vehicle.

The vehicle had vibrations when breaking at high speeds. I identified that the break pads on the vehicle were the wrong size and this was verified by a Lexus dealership.

Crossroads would not reimburse me for having to install new break pads on the vehicle after they incorrectly diagnosed what was causing the issue on the car. The reason they gave was that I had owned the vehicle for too long and I didn't have the new breaks put on at Crossroads. Regardless of owning the vehicle for 12-18 months, this was an issue with the vehicle at purchase that they were unwilling to take responsibility for. I had to take it to another dealership in order to get the problem diagnosed correctly.

On January 4, 2016, I contacted this dealership's general manager, [redacted], via email, requesting to be removed from his dealership's mailing list.

I continue to receive mail from Crossroads Infiniti in regards to their promotional events and offering different prices to buy my used car from me.

Again, I request that this dealership cease any communication with me via US mail, phone, or email.

purchased vehicle from dealer using our bank and agreed financial terms of repayment. Dealer changed the terms increasing offer price by $5000.00.We approached this dealer to purchase a 2016 QX50. The sales manager, [redacted] made an offer of $34204. Total out the door (tax, title, license) $35994.00. We expressly told [redacted] of our intent to finance with our bank for no more than 36 months. He offered a lesser interest rate figure at a higher number of months for repayment, 72 months; we declined. We told [redacted] that because of his candor, treatment and story of his brother and sister serving in the military (I'm military retired) that he had our trust. Because of that trust, we turned away the other two dealers we had requested information from. After the agreed total our the door price of $35,994.09, we spoke to our bank and decided on a 36 month financing of $34,494.09 at 5.12% with a down payment of $1,500.00. We had told [redacted] that all we needed from his dealership was to fill out a credit application and send it to our bank for it to be linked to our agreed terms with our bank. The car and documents were delivered to our home, the trust was hence strong, we signed without reading. When we received the finance contract we realized to our horror that [redacted] had taken the liberty of changing the previously discussed terms of 36 months to 72 months and increased our our originally agreed upon price by $5000.00.We learned a valuable lesson, never, not matter the circumstances, should you trust a car salesman. Based on this experience, we will not return to buy the second car and are working with our banking institution to get our original terms.Desired SettlementCorrect the current contract to reflect our original finance terms/figures of $34,494.09 @ 5.12% for 36 months. Business Response We have been in contact with the client and have worked out the issue. Consumer Response The company complied with our request. We consider this matter settled and closed.
