Crossroads Management works with the strata council of a property in New Westminster which includes our homeThe strata council is unable to get timely or effective response to any requests for service or infoirmation from CrossroadsThe attitude of the Crossroads staff has consistently been "we're right, we're doing a good job and you have no complaint"This saucy attitude persistes despite numerous failures of the company in managing our strata, including:
- rude and obstructive behaviour toward realtors requesting documents
- poor landscaping maintenance on the grounds of the building
- abandoned furniture and building materials left lying in the parking lot
- scaling and unattached patches to parkade interior roof
- patchy, dirty carpeting and stair runners
The list goes on but all complaints boil down to a disturbing lack of professionalism in service to strata clients
