Review: I purchased a UTV several months ago. At the time of purchase they provided with the required license plate and temporary registration. The registration has now expired and I have yet to receive my new registration card or plate sticker. I have contacted the dealer several times and have been promised a return phone call several times. They never return my calls. I always give them a day or two. The first time I called back I was told the person who handles the registration hasn't been there and they will have him call me. They never did. I then called again and left a detailed message. They didn't return my call. I called once again and was transferred from one person to another. They told me the name of the gentleman who handles the registration and put me on hold. They then transferred me again and the phone rang for 2 plus minutes with no answer and I was eventually hung up on. I called back immediately and asked to speak with the person I was just speaking to. He was "with a customer" I proceed to tell the gentleman on the phone again why I was calling and let him no my dissatisfaction and he promised they would again...return my call. I let him know that they have been telling me that for 2 weeks and have not. He promised they would call me back. They haven't.Desired Settlement: I understand paperwork can be misplaced and stuff like this can happen. What I want is someone to acknowledge that I have not received my registration, tell me why, and promptly get me the registration card and plate sticker. I have never been treated so poorly by any business in my 40 plus years. All I want is the documents I need to legally have my vehicle registered in PA.

Review: I bought my 2014 Arctic Cat 450 from Cross Roads Motorsports in March of 2015. I have called the Dealership many times to find out where my Title and reregistration are. I called them in May to find out that they did not submit my paper work into the State yet. I called the State to find out what went wrong and that's when they told me that they have not received anything from this dealership. It's now June 12th 2015 and I have no Title or sticker/registration. I have called numerous times, left many voice mails and I have yet to have anyone return my calls. I have to keep calling them, in order to even get a hold of someone. This is not the first time this dealership has not sent in paper work into Harrisburg.

Review: I called Crossroads Motorsports before memorial day to ask if they could service my 2007 Honda CRF250R. They said they would be able to service even though they are not an authorized Honda dealer. Establishing contact with the mechanic became increasingly difficult towards the beginning of July. July 9 I was told the bike would be ready for pick up. Upon pickup the bike was filthy as it was run through the mud by the shop and never cleaned. When I went over the work I found loose bolts and a seal for the valve cover was improperly placed and the engine is now leaking oil. They charged $454 dollars to do a poor job. As they did not do the job properly the first time and I did not trust them to fix the work they offered no compensation to make up for their poor workmanship. I feel as though if they were unable to complete the task properly they should not have taken on the job.Desired Settlement: I desire some credit back to my account for the work that I now have to re preform that the shop supossedly already repaired

Review: I took my 2002 yamaha vstar in for repairs in mid april to replace a stator. after a few weeks I contacted the shop and was told they were trying to get hold of me but didn't know my number. The crankshaft was broken by the mechanic and they needed to replace it. After another couple of weeks with no response I called again and was told that they did not have the tool to replace the crankshaft and had to order it.

It is now mid July and I was told on Monday that my bike would be ready Tuesday. Today is Thursday and I was told the mechanic is sick and won;t be back until next week.

I have heard excuse after excuse for almost three months and I still do not have my bike back yet.Desired Settlement: I think at this point they should have the vehicle towed to a real mechanic and pay for the repairs out of pocket.
