Review: I purchased extended warranty when I bought the vehicle. I traded the vehicle and went back to the dealer requesting a refund on the remaining warranty. I talked to the dealer requesting refund in mid November 2013; was told that this could take several weeks. In January 2014 was told that I could expect a refund by the end of that month. No refund yet. Contacted the dealer the first week of March 2104-they told me that the person in charge of these matters has left the company-and that I would be given a name of a new person to contact. Have not heard from anyone concerning this.Desired Settlement: refund what is legally due to me.

We are writing you in response to the Revdex.com complaint attached from Mr. [redacted]. Crossroads of Lynchburg was sold on 7.11.13 to Berglund Luxury Lynchburg.
The complaint attached is the 1st that are corporate office has received from the Revdex.com. It was forwarded to us by the folks at Berglund.
We represent Crossroads of Roanoke and Crossroads of Lynchburg.
Please inform Mr. [redacted] that we will process a refund of his warranty. We are contacting Mercedes-Benz and having them calculate the pro-rated refund. We may need him to sign some forms and if so they will be made available to him for signature. The refund process may take up to 30 days because the Crossroads of Lynchburg entity is no longer connected to Mercedes-Benz.
We have attached a copy of the warranty agreement.
Rest assured we will process the refund in as quick a time as possible.
