The only thing I was told I was signing was a release for them to LOOK at my car and give me a TRADE-IN VALUE.In face, when they asked me if they could submit for credit, I told them NO, that I would apply to MY credit union,if my trade-in value was enough AND  I found a vehicle I was interested in.Also, I have not received any call or emails from them as stated in their business reply. They have not done as I requested and reversed the credit requests back through the 7 banks they applied towithout being authorized to,  and therefore, I am REJECTING their business reply.I feel this is standard practice at this dealership and hope my experience is posted, to warn others.[redacted]

Regarding case #[redacted] and [redacted].  The dealership was contacted by [redacted] on 13 November 2014.  Initially she shared her concerns with [redacted] and she was contacted a short time later by her sales...

representative [redacted]  The concerns expressed to the Revdex.com match those of her phone call and subsequent
contacts.  The dealership offered to refund her $100 deductible as a good will measure and at the same time made it very clear that Mrs. Bartlett purchased an extended warranty that has a deductible provision.  The dealer did not have knowledge of the Revdex.com case until 14 November 2014 and acted in good faith just the same.  After the concession was made for the
customer she was asked to contact [redacted] if she was not completely satisfied with the situation, [redacted] has not received any further contact.  We consider the matter to be closed.

Review: Took my car in for ac blowing not blowing-part was under my extended warranty-air was working fine-just not blowing-paid my $100.00 deductible blower was fixed. Next week noticed that air was not cooling took it back they told me nothing was wrong with ac. Took it back this week rode with a tech he seen that it was not cooling. Took me inside told tech at the desk that it needed recharging-which they informed me that it was not covered under warranty and would cost $200.00. I find it difficult to believe that it was cooling fine when I first took it in for the blower to be fixed. NOW they no that it needs recharging without even looking under the hood. I have emailed service manager received no response. I am anger and have lost trust in them.Desired Settlement: I know that they let my freon out. I want it put back in. I don't think I should pay $200.00 because it was in there 3 weeks agao

Review: I recently purchased a 2007 [redacted] from this dealership. During the entire process I was told that all of my issues would be addressed. They were simply the [redacted] emblem on the front and the shaking in the steering wheel. I took the truck in to address the issues sited at the time of purchase. This vehicle was for my Husband for Father's Day as a reward for all he does for our family. I was told that the shaking I felt was a minor vibration. I advised the service department that the vibration is severe when you get to 65+ MPH. [redacted] said no one there would test drive a vehicle at that speed so they would never know that. That doesn't make me feel safe with my Family in the truck. I took the truck back again with the same problem after having to call the Sales person [redacted] several times. [redacted] advised us to bring the truck in and his General Manager would speak to us. When we arrived we approached the main desk where General Manager [redacted] was sitting and he abruptly told us to give him a minute without even acknowledging my Husband and I. I went over and spoke to the Sales rep [redacted] and he spoke to the [redacted] in Service. He assured the tires are "safe" and passed inspection. [redacted] came over while we were talking and again never acknowledged the concerns we have as customers and proceeded to tell us "the reality of our situation is that we would have had to pay more for the truck in the beginning if the tires had been replaced" and that either way if I paid now or later the cost would have been mine. We are left with no choice but to purchase 4 brand new tires for this truck and instead of enjoying the vehicle on our Family vacation we have to put tires on a truck we bought less than two weeks ago. I do not feel this is how a customer should be treated and I genuinely feel this General Manager is not concerned with the satisfaction of the customer, only making the Sale! I will never do business with them again and I will not refer anyone to this establishment as long as [redacted] is the General Manager. I am also in the process of filing a complaint with the Revdex.com as well as [redacted] Corporation as I do not feel this is the representation that the [redacted] Motor Corporation would approve of.Desired Settlement: The request is simply to have Crossroads honor their promise to fix the issues stated at the time of purchase.

Review: I was at Crossroads getting a recalled part replaced and while waiting went over to the used car side to see what I could get for trade-in. I didn't even look at any cars !! I told the man that I would only have my trade-in and I would get a small loan from MY credit union. But somehow he applied to 5 different banks (letters I have received SO FAR) for credit in an amount way over what I even told him I wanted to spend. How my credit has gone down 100 points and I keep getting letters every day from places he applied, so it he may have applied to more places than that, so it may go down more. from the 700's to lowest so far 630 !!

Also, I caught him in 3 lies while we were talking, so there is a real issue with truthfulness at this business.Desired Settlement: I want all these loan applications removed from my credit and have it returned to original 740 score. I feel they should make this change instead of me having to call all the credit bureaus and explain. And I think they should modify their practices in the future to NOT do this to other people.

Review: My husband and I bought a [redacted] in July 2014. We were told that buying a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle we would have a better warranty than if we purchased a new vehicle, we were also told if we purchased the extended warranty that we would not have to worry about any charges for any services that needed to be done to our vehicle for 7 years or 100,000 miles. Well, I noticed the car kept telling me the driver side door was open and it took 5 or 6 times slamming it before it would stop beeping. My husband called them and the service guy said they knew just what it was and that it is a KNOWN defect in the edges. We had it serviced and when I went to pick it up they told me I owed $100.00. I have not even had the SUV 6 months and you are telling me I have to pay for a known defect. Plus, we bought the extended warranty so we would not have to worry about any charges for something breaking on the vehicle. I think the service guy thought it was a joke when I was going off about the charges because he said (with a grin on his face) that we had actually bought 4 extra warranties but we still had to pay $100.00 to fix a know defect. He then told me that he would take off $10.00 and I would still owe $90.00. When he ran my bank card he charged me for the whole $100.00. So, not only does the sales associates lie, so do the service associates. Does not make a bit since to me. So disappointed with this dealership that will lie to get a sale ...
