Review: I took a pair of western boots to to have half soles and heels put on.when I picked them up and tried them on,one boot was obviously done crooked. The boot would not sit straight.. I took them back and the owner said "well,they are old boots". I have been going to this shop for 30 years, was even wearing a pair of boots that day that they had redone "Three" times. The owner said "guess we won,t be doing anymore work for you. I have even bought new boots from them and was gonna purchase a new pair of boots today when I went there. Very disappointed in the work and their lack of concern for my satisfaction with my boots.

The boots were old and the front was rolled over to the side due to the way the customer walked. When I replaced the soles and heels this caused the boots not to be as rolled. He just needs to walk on them a few days and they will revert to being rolled over to the side again.
