After several failed attempts to ship my package, and *** failing to deliver I asked to a refund. Now that I've asked for a refund, the company has stopped communication s with me.

Delivery I would like my package to be delivered, but if they cannot use a different shipping method, I would like my money back.

Thank you contacting our Support Team. We sincerely apologize for the issues and frustrations you experienced with the delivery of your package. We take full responsibility when one of our shipping vendors drops the ball as it is our decision to work with them. Our team attempted several times to ship your order to authorized pick up location in an attempt to get your order to you. After those failed attempts, we did proceed with an immediate refund of your order.
