response regarding this issue, but this was the first correspondence that I received regarding this.I had a chance to review the complaint and look at the Yellow Pages site that Mr*** referenced in his complaint. The ad the Mr*** saw was in fact one of our ads. I’m not entirely sure where that ad generated from, but it is clear to me that this was a old advertisement that should have been either adjusted or removed as the price of scrap metal dropped. I understand that it is absolutely our responsibility to monitor our advertisements to ensure that they reflect our current pricing. With that said, Crosstown Auto, Incwill honor the $price that was advertised should Mr*** still wish to resolve this matter in that way. I will also see to it that the Yellow Pages advertisement is changed or removed promptly.If any additional information is needed regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to call, email, or write.
