I did not order a transmission for a 360. I ordered an R36 for a 1977 Dodge W100, with a 440 engine. You sent me a transmission for a 360. I called you within days of receiving it, I was told by an employee that they had to talk to the owner and see what to do, and that you would call me back. I was not called back, and I had to call you again, and was told that the owner said the 360 will work in place of the 440. I confirmed that they are NOT interchangeable by speaking with mechanic's at other mechanic shops. All said the 360, will not, has not, and will NEVER fit my 440 engine. I tried to EXCHANGE it for the proper fitting part inside of the 30 days period, but you blew me off long enough to come back and say it is too late to get what I paid for. How can you warranty a part that does not even fit or go into the engine I bought it for. Please just do the right thing and refund my money, and I will leave you alone forever.
