I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
[The consumer provided her rebuttal to Revdex.com via phone.]- The consumer said she wishes to be refunded her down-payment of $3,+ $for a tow fee (as a result of having one of his loaner vehicles towed to his business b/c it broke down)- The consumer said the business has loaned her a total of vehicles, all which had problems and in which she feels was titled to someone else (because it had hard plates on it.)-The consumer said she purchased her car on 8/1/and on 8/2/the transmission went out, she said she drove the vehicle back to the business (it would drive forward but wouldn't go in reverse), she said she left it with the owner because he said he would get it fixed, she said this is when she was given the first loaner vehicle.- The consumer said she ended up having to buy another vehicle because she needed reliable transportation for work and none of the vehicles the business loaned her were reliable.- The consumer also said the warranty company called her to ask her some questions about the repair/s needed to her vehicle and according to the consumer it was determined at this time that the owner had fraudulently signed her name to some warranty papers to try and get some repair work done under warranty.- The consumer said she has to order copies of the paperwork to show where her name was signed (allegedly by the owner).- The consumer said she has involved the Ohio AG's office and the BMV at this point, she said the Ohio AG's office has helped her to get day tags b/c her day tags expired, but she said she doesn't want the truck - - she wants a full refund.- The consumer also said she found out that the owner is having work done to the truck by a backyard mechanic and she said he is trying to pay the mechanic part of the warranty money and keep the other part for himself, she said she doesn't trust that the owner is having proper repairs done because she said she was told by the mechanic that he was told to just do enough to make the vehicle run, she said the mechanic said he wasn't putting a new transmission in or rebuilding one.- The consumer said she feels she is entitled to her money back because Ohio law says a contract becomes void when there is fraudulent activity involved

Yes I do not reagree with what the company is saying, there was not multiple phone calls made only I believe & there Q&A no letter sent I too meI do not with them wanting me to pay the repo fee because I didn't call them to take the car & second they want way more than I had to even pay for itfor repo when the car isn't even worth thatI will pay them the car note fee and that it only because they are not being professional at all & they are still holding all my belongs since it got repo'd 05/24/& Also I never said I wouldn't pay them the car note I said I didn't have it right now and they didn't even want to work something out with me.
