They have been very rude and very nasty on the telephone when they call my home.The phone calls have been on going and several times a day.I have been harrased and was told they was going to sue me and garnish my wages if I didnt pay in full to them over the phone.I told them I was unemployed they started getting into my personal life telling me I have to tell them who was helping me with bills I said that was none of there buisness and they said well we will find out who your family is and call them they will tell us.After having someone speak to me and harrass me like that .I will not deal with this company.I dont care who they are they will not threaten me or any member of my family.I do not owe this money .This is on my credit report and I want them to take it off.This company has very bad customer service .I received this paper in the mail and it sayd it will not be reported and put on my credit report.It is on mt credit report how do you think I found this in the first place

It is very IRONIC that the same date I filed the complaint is the same date on two letters I received this past Saturday (20th).
