Crosstown service center

We purchased a scanner system for Alldata in February 2025 salesman made the pitch and we assumed it would be a great addition to our Autel and Topdon systems. So after receiving scanner had some initial hiccups and reported it and they had a representive call us trying to provide solutions with no change, so we have asked, emailed numerous times to return a product weve only turned on maybe 1/2 dozen times and have yet to properly diagnose a vehicle with it. and now no phone calls returned to us, all we get is well sucker you bought it for atleast 1 year and basically too bad. How can a company provide a service and not stand behind it. And on top of that make a company pay for it without any warranty. we have kept a phone/ email and user log with dates and time to prove this system does not work. Only options now is turning it over to the BBB and lawyer. its sad you are required to pay over 400 dollars a month for absolutely nothing but a paper weight.
