Good afternoon in regards to the complain that was summited by [redacted] apart [redacted] " [redacted] this is my response to this complain about the cooper snake I dont have nothing say because its dosen't t grown in this whether,and bathrooms effectively she complain about that but unfortunately at the moment when this issue happens we dont have the sewer machine,we explain to her what was the procedure, [redacted] reside in a bedroom and full baths.ln the last year that I been working as a Property Manager I been never see [redacted] in the office to complain about a work order or issue in her apartment.As a courtesy we have been accepted [redacted] s mom work orders.Under TM contract we not allow to receive work orders from some one that its not on the TM CONTRACTThank you
I apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding this applicant had at the moment she walked in to get information about our communityAt the time this applicant came she was helped by one of our new leasing agents and did not have the correct information to help this applicantI assure there
