Vehicle saftey issue.Texting talking wile driving.As mechanic certain issues with a vehicle are a saftey issues. This company has various saftey promblems with their vehicles. Cracks across the windshield. Front end of the vehicle shakes violently wile the driver applies the breaks. Which is a break and rotor issue. Even the driver complains. Yet the company doesn't repair this promblem. Bald tires and bad springs. Indide passenger door panel is missing. Ive been picked up in this same four door vehical with four people already packed in it. Myself making the 5th. Not includind the driver.texting and driving is a ongoing issue. There is no hands free device for the drivers. So they are required to talk via cell phone.Ive missed five doctors appointments in the past month. One of thoes appointments I was picked up 2hours early. For a appointment 25 minutes away. And NEVER MADE IT TO THE APPOINTMENT! Because I was carried to the opposite side of town.[redacted] the Customer service supervisor is rude. And refuses to resolve customer complaints. Because she and her husband own the business. And what she says goes.Their van is in a little bit better shape. But the lady who drives it never know where shes going. Has made complete u truns in the middle of the road. She contiuns to pull over. Checking her gps. Talks on the phone wile driving and texting. All wile playing gospel music. At a high enough volume. Where it disrubts my listening. And im using headphones.I dont feel safe in their vehicals. How does the vehicles pass inspection? Oh.... friends with the local state vehicle inspector.Desired SettlementGet the vehicles fixed. Inspected by a non bias inspector. Hands free devices. Business Response This complaint is from a person who receives free [redacted] services through the state and we sometimes transport him to a [redacted] for treatment. He is not a personal consumer of ours. We have a government contract to transport certain clients. The way it works is if he has an appointment he would need to contact his local Department of [redacted] transportation department and they will then assign him to a vendor who will transport him. All transports have to come from them and be authorized and placed on a manifest. Mr. [redacted] called one day last week and said that he had an appointment that day and needed to be there. I directed him to call his social service rep and have them tell him who is/was suppose to transport him because it was not us. He calls me back and ask can we transport him anyway. I explained that in order for us to transport him he would have to be assigned to us and on our manifested list and he was not. He asked to speak with someone over me and when I told him that there was no one he then asked to speak with my corporate head. When I told him he was speaking to her he told me he was going to fix me. This is a client that everyone has problems out of including the state. He is very difficult. Our drivers do use GPS and company cell phones. They are hands free. As far as Mr. [redacted] missing 5 doctors appointments this month this company has nothing to do with that. I am only one of 3 other vendors who transports him. A lot of times people think we are all the same company and/or we know about their appointments but we don't. This is a Government contract and all rules are followed and enforced or our end to the best of our ability. I would expect this case to be closed because we do a number of different types of services that do cater to the public and we don't need nobody leaving bad remarks about us especially when what they have to say either more than likely was not even our company or it was something we do not have control over.
