Crosswinds Heating & Air Conditioning

Review: I hired Crosswinds AC to install an air conditioning unit. The air conditioning unit does not work properly. I contacted the owner several times to look at the unit to diagnose the issue, but received no response. After several attempts of asking the owner to respond, he made an appointment with me on three separate occasions to come to my house to check out the AC unit. The owner did not show up to any of those three appointments with no notice to myself nor any attempt to reschedule. The owner refuses to acknowledge the issue and we have now paid for a non-working AC unit.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since the payment was for installation for a working AC unit. The AC unit does not work, therefore it was not installed properly and I would like a refund for services issued.
