The pavers are sinking due to improper workmanship , the problem started during the first 6 months that the project was completed , it was mild at first and progressively got worse over time , I contacted the contractor , he refused to fix the problem .The contractor is aware that there were many errors with this project .Desired SettlementRepair faulty workmanship in a timely way , or pay to have the repair completed by another contractor.Business' Initial Response Contact Name and Title: [redacted]Contact Phone: XXXXXXXXXXContact Email: [redacted]Work was completed 3+ years ago with no complaints till now about pavers sinking. [redacted] did complain about gras areas not growing correctly grass was redone twice due to the shade that was around his house. Mr [redacted] than had a tree removed over the patio and lawn area not by Croteau Lanscaping to help grass grow better. There is no way to tell wether or not the logs hits the patio or equipment used to remove tree damaged patio. It was also explained to [redacted] that we live in New England and the ground moves due to the frost and changing climates. The work that was completed held a one year warranty for labor and a limited warranty for the actual patio blocks. I NOTICED TODAY THAT HE DID NOT SEAL THE PAVERS EDGES . THE CONTRACTOR IS FULLY AWARE THAT THIS IS NEW ENGLAND AND FROST HEAVES ARE KNOWN TO AFFECT CONSTRUCTION . PATIOS INSTALLED WITH THE PROPER DEPTH AND DRAINAGE DO NOT SINK . THIS PATIO WAS NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY , IF IT WAS DONE CORRECTLY THE PAVERS WOULD NOT SINK .AS MENTIONED BEFORE THE PROBLEM STARTED DURING THE FIRST 6 MONTHS OF THE PROJECT .
