Review: I purchased a certified used vehicle in [redacted] from JJLG Motors aka Croton Auto Park. I was told to bring a check for $20,000 plus my vehicle trade in. When I went to pick up the vehicle they said it was $4000.00 plus more. It's was my first major purchase without my husband [redacted]) and I felt pressured to go through with the purchase. Then with the certified used vehicle I'm supposed to get free oil changes. JJLG Motors told me I has to go to a GMC dealership for the free oil change. I had to drive an hour further than where I purchased my car and after the oil change the GMC dealership said I had to pay for the oil change and get reimbursed by the dealer where I got the car (JJLG Motors). I brought the receipt there and informed them what the GMC dealership told me and I still have not been reimbursed. I filed a Revdex.com complaint when it happened and a sales person called me and said he would get back to me. However, to this day I have not heard a word from them nor have I been reimbursed for anything. Please help me.Sincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund of overpayment and oil change fees.
