Crow Towing

I broke down on a busy st at Rush hour..crowtow driver Clint unsure of last name was a savior. Scooped me up and drove me home while keeping me smiling about the whole experience. I say if they hire more employees like Clint they are smart. Thank you crowtow! Joanne

My car was towed from a lot I pay to park inYes, that is correct- I PAY TO PARK IN A LOT THAT I WAS TOWED FROM! The parking pass had slid to the center of my dashboard- and the property manager says that Crow Tow should be looking over the entire dashboard in case it moves around from the drivers sideMy car was towed- I called to complain after getting my car backThe manager told me that I was lucky they didn't make me pay to get my car backAnd mentioned it was towed on Saturday and I hadn't noticed until Tuesday (Maybe implying that I did not appreciate my car enough to get it back??) But, I was out of town- which shouldn't matter if I am paying to park in a lotAwful customer serviceWhat a way to ruin my day (and make me late for class)
