I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I was promised the $APPLICATION fee refunded which was not mentioned in the responseI also no longer live at the address that they "have on file" (my home was flooded and is inhabitable) which I informed Jennifer of, however it could easily be deduced that I have a new address from the fact that I was looking for apartmentsI hope that the $ADMINISTRATION fee was sent by certified mail so that it can be returned.

As a rule if someone is approved we Do Not refund the admin feeThis fee is for taking the apartment off market and holding it for a specific personwhen doing so we loose other opportunities to lease it to someone elseIf the Applicant cancels after being
approved they forfeit that applicationIt is not practice to accept an application without the occupantAfter some research we still do no know why this application was taken if the situation is as Ms*** statesBut we have revised the Final Statement and have issued a refund of the Admin feeIt is being sent to the address we have on fileThank you,
