Review: In Nov of 2012 I called for an insurance quote for my commerical truck. In Jan 2013, I called back to start the policy, which went up $1000, from Nov. When I bought a new truck in Feb of 2013, I was told my policy would only change maybe a couple hundred dollars. When I received the bill I was asked for a 2300 deposit and my insurance went up over 1000. So I started looking for another policy. I called [redacted] June 2013 and told him to cancel my policy as of that day. I had found a cheaper policy. I have been calling [redacted] since then, to not in office - and NEVER returning my calls. So I have called every number I could find to see what is going on. He canceled the truck policy, BUT PER CARGO POLICY IT WAS NEVER TOLD TO BE CANCELED. So it was canceled in August 2013 for non payment. Which in turn, premier is STILL charging us for the money since they finiance for the year. So as of now we owe them over a 1000 dollars which we CANCELED IN JUNE OF 2013. I called [redacted] and [redacted] again today, to not in office but will call me back, and I have heard NOTHING yet again. With them owning the company - how and who do we get in contact to see what and how we can get this issue resolved. Thank you[redacted]Desired Settlement: Since we took the insurance out in Jan 2013 and canceled in June 2013, there should be a refund of some sort. Plus how can an insurance agent received money for something HE NEVER did, with him not canceling the cargo, does that mean he got to keep his commision, do not see how that is fair, since WE are showing our insurance was canceled due to NON PAYMENT!!
